Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026
Effective: October 22, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Infinito Global Investment S.A. (“Infinito,” “we,” “us”), located at Bello Horizonte BII-40, Managua, Nicaragua, collects when you visit infinito-host.com, create an account or use our Services; how we use it; whom we share it with; and what rights you have. It is governed by Nicaragua’s Law No. 787 on Personal Data Protection and its regulations, and by any other laws that apply depending on your country of residence.

We are the controller of our customers’ and visitors’ data. For personal data that your own visitors submit to sites you host with us, you are the controller and we act as a processor (see Section 10).

Privacy contact: legal@infinito-host.com

  • Cookies and similar technologies: as described in the Cookie Policy. Analytics cookies are only enabled with your consent.

c) Data from third parties

  • Sellers and referrals: if an independent seller in our program referred you, we know who referred you, and that seller knows your name or business name and the status of your first purchase, in order to calculate their commission.
  • PayPal and Stripe: verification results and payment status, according to the processor used.

2. Consent

When you create your account or place an order, by accepting the Terms of Service and purchasing, you give your express consent to this policy, including the processing of your data for the purposes in Section 3 and its transfer to servers and providers in the United States described in Section 5 (Terms, Section 6.5). We record the date, time and version of the documents accepted as evidence of that consent. Consent to marketing communications is separate and optional. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing legal@infinito-host.com; withdrawal does not affect prior processing, and if the data is essential to provide a purchased service, withdrawal may prevent us from continuing to provide it.

4. Who We Share Data With

We share only what is necessary with:

  • Hosting infrastructure and data center providers, which operate the servers where accounts are hosted.
  • Management and billing software (for example, WHMCS and control panels) operated by us or our providers.
  • PayPal and Stripe, which process payments under their respective privacy policies, according to the method selected.
  • Accredited registrars, domain registries and ICANN, to register and manage domains. Some registrant data may be published in WHOIS/RDAP services according to each extension’s rules and the privacy protection available.
  • Third-party artificial intelligence providers, which process the instructions and content you submit to the page builder to generate results. Where that contractual option is available, we require them not to use your content to train their models. You may request the current list of these providers at any time.

  • Successors, in the event of a merger, reorganization, sale or transfer of assets, with prior notice.

5. International Transfers

We are a Nicaraguan company, but our servers and several main providers (hosting infrastructure, PayPal, Stripe, registrars, analytics, AI) are located in the United States and, depending on the service, in other countries. Your data will therefore be transferred to and processed outside Nicaragua. This transfer is necessary to perform the contract you request, and we carry it out with the express consent you give by accepting the Terms of Service and purchasing. We apply reasonable contractual and security measures to protect that data and keep records of recipients and purposes.

6. How Long We Keep Data

  • Account and services: while your account is active.
  • Billing and accounting records: for the period required by applicable tax and commercial law (as a reference, up to 10 years).
  • Hosted content: deleted after the service ends, per the Terms of Service (Section 10.4). Infrastructure backups may retain residual data until overwritten in their normal cycle.
  • Tickets and communications: up to 3 years after the account is closed.
  • Security logs: generally up to 12 months, unless needed to investigate an incident.
  • Domain data: as required by the registrar, registry and ICANN.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures such as encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), least-privilege access controls, separate credentials for integrations, access logs and security updates. No method is 100% secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you without undue delay and notify the authorities where the law requires.

8. Your Rights

Under Law No. 787 and, depending on where you live, other applicable laws, you have the right to:

  • Access: know what data we hold about you and obtain a copy;
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Cancellation: request deletion of your data (except data we must keep by law or to provide an active service);
  • Objection: object to certain processing, including marketing;
  • Information: know how we use your data;
  • Withdraw your consent at any time;
  • depending on your country, portability and opt-out of the sale of data, targeted advertising or profiling (activities we do not engage in).

How to exercise them: email legal@infinito-host.com from your account email, stating your request. We may ask for information to verify your identity. We will respond within 30 days, or within any shorter period required by applicable law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the competent data protection or consumer protection authority in your country.

You can update most of your data directly in the client area.

Global opt-out signals: we honor browser privacy signals, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a rejection of non-essential cookies.

9. Marketing Communications

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in each email or by contacting us. You will still receive necessary service communications (invoices, renewals, security). We will not send promotional text (SMS) or WhatsApp messages without your express consent; you can reply “STOP” to stop receiving them.

10. Data Hosted by Our Customers

When you host a website, store or email with us, the data of your visitors, customers or subscribers is processed by you as controller. We process it as a processor only to provide the Services, under Section 6.4 of the Terms of Service. If you are a visitor to a site hosted by one of our customers and want to exercise your rights, contact the owner of that site directly; if you write to us, we will help route your request.
