Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
This policy is part of the Infinito Terms of Service. It protects our customers, our network and the internet at large. It applies to you and to anyone who uses your account or the sites you host.
1. Prohibited Content and Activities
You may not use the Services to host, transmit, promote or facilitate:
- Illegal activities under the laws of Nicaragua, the United States (where our servers are located), or the country where you operate or your site is directed.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors. We will report it immediately to the competent authorities and the relevant child protection organizations (such as NCMEC in the U.S.) and terminate the account without notice or refund.
- Phishing, fraud or impersonation: pages imitating banks, companies, governments or other people to obtain credentials, payments or data; scams, pyramid schemes or fraudulent investment schemes.
- Malware: viruses, ransomware, trojans, exploit kits, botnets, command-and-control servers.
- Intellectual property infringement: pirated software, unlicensed protected content, counterfeits, sale of counterfeit goods. See the Copyright Policy.
- Content promoting violence, terrorism, hatred or harassment against individuals or groups, or credible threats.
- Illegal sale of drugs, weapons, unlicensed controlled medicines, stolen personal data or forged documents.
- Unauthorized disclosure of third parties’ personal data (doxxing), or non-consensual intimate content.
- Commercial adult content on shared hosting plans.
- Gambling or betting without the licenses required in the relevant jurisdiction.
2. Email and Spam
- Do not send unsolicited commercial email (spam), or use purchased, rented or harvested lists.
- All commercial email must comply with the laws of the recipient’s country (for example, the CAN-SPAM Act in the U.S.): identifiable sender, physical address, non-deceptive subject line and a working unsubscribe link.
- Respect your plan’s hourly sending limits. For bulk mailings, use a dedicated email marketing service.
- Do not forge headers or use our servers as an open relay.
- If our servers or IPs are blacklisted because of your activity, we may suspend email sending from your account and charge the reasonable cost of delisting.
3. Security and Network
You may not:
- Scan ports, probe for vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access to our or third-party systems (except written-authorized testing of your own systems).
- Carry out or participate in denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks.
- Operate open proxies, public VPNs, Tor exit nodes, IRC bots or anonymization services.
- Circumvent limits, quotas, billing mechanisms or security controls.
- Share the account, panel or access with unauthorized third parties, or resell hosting without a reseller plan.
4. Resource Use on Shared Hosting
On a shared server, resources are shared among customers. Therefore the following are not allowed:
- Cryptocurrency mining.
- Using hosting as storage for backups, archives or media not linked to the website (for example, personal cloud storage, large file distribution, video or audio streaming).
- Persistent background processes, daemons, or cron jobs running more often than every 5 minutes without authorization.
- Scripts or queries that consistently consume CPU, memory, I/O or processes above your plan’s limits.
If an account affects server performance, we may throttle it or temporarily suspend the affected site to protect others, and we will contact you to find a solution (optimization or plan upgrade).
5. AI-Generated Content
Content created with the AI page builder must also comply with this policy. The AI Builder Terms also apply.
6. How We Enforce This Policy
- We may investigate complaints and review resource usage or an account’s public content when there are signs of a violation.
- Depending on severity, we may: notify you and request correction; remove or disable the infringing content; suspend the service; or terminate the account. In serious cases (CSAM, active phishing, malware, attacks), we will act immediately without prior notice.
- Suspension or termination for violations of this policy does not entitle you to a refund.
- We may cooperate with authorities, domain registries and incident response teams.
7. Reporting Abuse
Email legal@infinito-host.com with the subject “Abuse,” stating the URL, the type of problem and the evidence (full email headers, screenshots, logs). For copyright infringement, follow the procedure in the Copyright Policy.
In the event of conflict between language versions, the Spanish version prevails.
