AI Page Builder Terms

These terms apply to the Infinito artificial intelligence page builder (the “AI Builder”) and supplement the Terms of Service.

1. What the AI Builder Does

The AI Builder generates text, page structures, designs and, when available, images, based on the information and instructions you provide (“Inputs”). What it generates is called “Outputs.”

2. AI Providers

To generate Outputs, your Inputs are processed using our own AI models and/or third-party AI providers. The list of providers in use is available on request, as described in the Privacy Policy. Where that contractual option is available, we require those providers not to use your Inputs or Outputs to train their models. We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models without your consent.

Do not enter sensitive data (health or financial information, identification numbers, passwords) or third parties’ personal data that is not necessary for your site into the AI Builder.

3. Your Responsibility for Inputs

You represent that you have the necessary rights to your Inputs (text, logos, photos, trademarks) and that their use does not infringe third-party rights or the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Always Review Outputs

4.1. AI may produce information that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or similar to existing content. Outputs are a draft.

4.2. Before publishing, you must review and correct Outputs, especially: prices, hours, contact details, claims about products or services, legal, health or financial information, testimonials and comparisons with competitors.

4.3. Do not publish testimonials, reviews, figures, certifications or claims that are not real. You are responsible for the content published on your site, including the advertising and consumer protection laws that apply to you.

5. Ownership of Outputs

5.1. To the extent permitted by law and by the AI providers’ terms, we assign to you any rights we have in the Outputs generated for you, once the corresponding service has been paid.

5.2. Templates, design components, base code and platform elements remain the property of Infinito Global Investment S.A., its affiliates or its licensors; you receive a license to use them for your site while you maintain your service and, for paid Infinito.Agency deliverables, a perpetual license for that site.

5.3. We do not guarantee that Outputs are unique, can be registered as copyrights or trademarks, or are free from similarity to third-party content. Other users may obtain similar results.

6. Prohibited Uses

Do not use the AI Builder to:

• Generate content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy (for example, phishing, impersonation of brands or people, deceptive or illegal content).
• Create sites that imitate another real company or organization.
• Generate fake reviews or testimonials.
• Attempt to extract the models, internal instructions or other users’ data, or circumvent safety filters.

7. Usage Limits

Each plan or package may include a limited number of AI generations, pages or credits, stated in its description. We may apply reasonable limits to prevent abuse. Unused credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

8. Availability and Changes

The AI Builder may be offered as a beta feature. We may change models, providers or features to improve quality, safety or cost. We do not guarantee business results (sales, rankings, conversions).

9. Limitation of Liability

Outputs are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from publishing Outputs you did not review, per Sections 13 and 14 of the Terms of Service.

In the event of conflict between language versions, the Spanish version prevails.
